As a company, ESS is experiencing an exciting time of growth. This growth has required ESS to expand services offered and develop a robust infrastructure to accommodate the demands of services provided to our clients. The ESS management team has expanded, a new ESS website with manager and employee portal will be launched this summer, workflow applications are in the process of being implemented companywide and account management has been reorganized to accommodate quality services to be provided for our valued clients and employees.
Our management approach also relies on organic growth of leadership within the ranks of ESS employees. Our goal is to identify leaders at various ESS accounts and mentor potential future managers to lead with excellence and integrity fostering the values of our company.
